About the Journal
The University of Sharjah (UoS) Journal of Sharia Sciences and Islamic Studies (JSIS) is a double blind peer-reviewed and refereed journal published by the University of Sharjah. The main objective of the UoS JSIS is to promote interdisciplinary studies in Sharia and Islamic Studies, provide an intellectual platform for scholars, and become a leading journal in Sharia Sciences and Islamic Studies in the Gulf region and the world. The UoS JSIS is published Four times a year in print and online version. It accepts papers written in Arabic and English languages. The journal publishes original and high-quality articles in the fields of Sharia Sciences and Islamic Studies. The UoS JSIS is entirely committed to the open access initiative and provides easy access to all its articles immediately after they are published.
