الترجمة والأمن الفكري: علاقة مزدوجة

شهدت الأعوام القليلة الماضية ظهور مفهوم جديد هو مفهوم الأمن الفكري، والذي يهدف أساسا إلى حماية المجتمع من الفوضى الفكرية التي قد تهدده في عقيدته وهويته الدينية والثقافية. وقد تناول الباحثون العرب الأمن الفكري في علاقته بعدد من مناحي الحياة، من بينها التعليم والأمن العام والصحة النفسية والدين الإسلامي. لكن ما يلفت الانتباه هو أن علاقة الأمن الفكري بالترجمة ظلت شبه غائبة في هذه الأبحاث بالرغم من دور الترجمة الكبير في نقل الأفكار واختراق الحدود الجغرافية واللغوية والثقافية. ويهدف هذا المقال إلى سد هذه الثغرة بالذات وذلك عن طريق دراسة أوجه العلاقة بين الترجمة والأمن الفكري للمجتمعات. وللقيام بذلك، يعتمد المقال على التصنيف الذي اقترحته الباحثة فاطيمة ابن خليفة (2016) والذي يميز بين ثلاثة أبعاد للأمن الفكري وهي البعد السياسي والبعد الثقافي والبعد الاقتصادي. ويخلص المقال إلى أن الترجمة لها القدرة على تهديد الأمن الفكري كما لها القدرة على تأمينه في أبعاده الثلاثة، وبناء عليه، يقدم المقال توصيات لصانعي القرار داخل مؤسسات الدولة ولمسؤولي التعليم العالي والباحثين لدورهم في تكوين الأجيال القادمة من مترجمين وتوفير الأساس النظري الضروري لتطوير ممارسات ترجمة أخلاقية.
