الملخص

هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى دراسة العلاقات السببية بين فاعلية الذات الإبداعية والتوجهات الهدفية ومستوى الطموح الأكاديمي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (188) طالبٍ وطالبةٍ (78 ذكور، و110 إناث) من طلبة مدرسة الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وقد أكمل المشاركون مقياساً لفاعلية الذات الإبداعية، ومقياساً للتوجهات الهدفية وآخر للطموح الأكاديمي. ولاختبار فرضية الدراسة استُخدم برنامج أموس (AMOS, V.24). أظهرت نتائج نمذجة المعادلة وجود تأثير إيجابي مباشر وغير مباشر بين فاعلية الذات الإبداعية، وأهداف الإتقان وأهداف أداء- إقدام والطموح الأكاديمي، ووجود تأثير سلبي مباشر وغير مباشر بين فاعلية الذات وأهداف أداء- إحجام.  كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود تأثير سلبي مباشر وغير مباشر بين أهداف أداء- إحجام والطموح الأكاديمي.
